Shipping Locations
We offer shipping to all regions within Australia and internationally.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-5 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

• Domestic (Australia): $10 flat rate for standard shipping, $15 for express shipping.
• International: $20 flat rate for standard shipping

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We ship via Australia Post (AusPost). Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Domestic (Australia):
  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
• International: Standard delivery takes approximately 1 week, though it may vary by location.

Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders and will be sent via email once your order ships.

Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders, Wipwrk (Waste in Progress Textiles PTY LTD) is responsible for customs and import taxes. Customers may be contacted for additional information if required by customs, but there will be no extra cost to the customer.

Handling of Delays
In the case of unexpected shipping delays, we will notify customers via email with updated information.

Lost or Damaged Items
All orders are insured. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us, and we will assist with a replacement or provide a refund as appropriate.

Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled at any time before a shipping label has been issued. Once a label is generated, our return policy will apply.
